Terms and Conditions
Student applications for the needs-based technology program will be reviewed upon receipt. The school will evaluate a student’s eligibility for the program based on financial need information in the FAFSA and technology program application form.
All program award decisions are final and at the discretion of the college. Students will be notified no later than 2 weeks before the semester start of the outcome of their application.
If approved for the needs-based technology program:
- The student will sign an agreement to have the payment for the computer in the amount of $800 (billable amount for the computer) be added to their Bursar account.
- Depending on financial aid eligibility, the equipment cost may be covered by financial aid or paid for using a 4-installment payment plan.
- If using Financial Aid, the computer will be paid for before sending any excess funds to the student.
- Once agreement has been signed, the computer will be sent via Federal Express to the student.
- Once payment is complete, the student will own the computer.
If student withdraws or cancels from their program before the computer has been paid for, the student is still responsible for the balance due.
